Town Clerk / Tax Collector Includes department wages, supplies and equipment, election costs, professional development. 1. First Draft Budget Numbers Numbers developed by town staff, prior to discussion and / or modifications by the budget committee. Town Clerk / Tax Collector budget spreadsheet 2. Discussion / Issues / Changes No significant changes. Believe it or not, the most time was spent discussing whether to cover the cost of business cards for the town clerk and staff. The alternative is to purchase blank card stock and print / separate the cards in-house. Total cost? $405. And ultimately the budget committee voted against the expenditure. Subcommittee report here... 3. Final Draft Budget Numbers No changes other than the $405 business card savings. |
